can you tell me more about your packard project possibly send pix

Samsonized...I tried e-mailing you details of the car but your e-mail address is invalid? Do you have a current address?

samsonized@hotmail.com is my correct address try it no pix over 1 meg

Gentlemen...a thought. Post your pictures on the Photo Gallery here and view it that way. Most email has a cap of 3 M, unless specifically set by an admin. Usually it is less. This is to keep the throughput even and prevent bottlenecks. The best suggestion is to save pictures in a program like Photoshop in JPG format using the the smallest file size possible without losing resolution...about 40% seems to work for me...then upload to a server like the forums Photo Posts for viewing. You can also use Yahoo or any other service. Normally they are free.

Hope that helps.

P.S. I would like to see them too! <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

As would be usual with a car in the midst of a total restoration it is more than partially disassembled at this point. Chassis is basically finished though. Imagine in your minds eye fenders in primer ready for paint hanging from the ceiling, a rewooded body sitting on sawhorses, etc. Reminds me of the old saying about radio being better than TV 'cause the pictures are better.

This project is still available and is still an excellent opportunity to acquire a freshly restored open Packard finished in your choice of colors and options. Could be finished for Hershey '04.

Restorer 32,

I have an original glove box door with the correct Waltham 8 day clock in it available if you need it for the '32 900 you're restoring. It is in overall good original condition, the clock of course is not running. If interested e mail me at jwgehring@hotmail.com
