How to remove a stuck rear wheel

I take it the problem has to do with the design of the wheel puller. A fellow in the Franklin Club makes a very nice wheel puller. Go to www.franklincar.org and go to cars and parts for sale - About 1/2 way into parts for sale he has his wheel puller pictured. If you have a car with disk wheels, you can rent or borrow a puller that hooks under the wheel lugs. With Wire or Wood wheels you must use a puller that mounts on the threads for the dust cover. A little penetrating oil never hurts as well.
