Typically no. Unless you have 32 Ford, 40-42 Willys Coupe then yes. Or something super high dollar like a Isotta or Mercedes SS then yes.

There is someone that collects them. Maybe offer them on EPay.

They can be sold as collectible paper items for people to display showing what titles of those eras look like. They also can be sold to people who have a desire to resell them to other people who need a title for their vehicle and will pay well for the title. Of course this retitle selling can lead to fraud and jail time. I would proceed with caution. Reason two may be why your father thought he had gold.
