Cadillac / Packard Blue dot taillight lens

I posted this earlier in General. I did a little searching and it looks like 1932-33 Cadillac and 33 Packard came with the blue dot lens. Can someone ID these and tell me which it is? They measure 3.990" at the largest O.D. Thanks
