What do the CCCA bylaws say about Non-classics and membership?

no, you don't have to own a ccca car to be a member. The only thing you cant do is show a non ccca car at a grand classic or drive one on a caravan. Otherwise you can still participate in anything you wish.

An interest in these cars is all that is required. many members dont own CCCA cars.
